A home is more than square footage, finishes, and a price. It’s about how a place makes you feel and whether it fits the life you want to live.

That belief shapes the way I approach real estate. I take the time to listen, ask questions, and understand what matters most to my clients. Sometimes that means helping buyers recognize the right home when they find it. Other times, it means helping a seller say goodbye to a home filled with memories and move confidently toward whatever comes next.

My clients often tell me they appreciate my communication, attention to detail, patience, and persistence. I do my homework, I’m straightforward about what I see, and I believe good decisions come from having good information. When a transaction becomes complicated, as real estate sometimes does, I stay involved, look for solutions, and help my clients understand their options and the next step forward.

For sellers, I look beyond a simple list price, paying close attention to competing homes, buyer behavior, property condition, and market trends to position each home effectively. For buyers, I look beyond the listing photos to help them understand the property, the neighborhood, the market, and any issues that deserve a closer look.

I serve Sedona and communities throughout the Verde Valley. Even after years of living and working here, I still notice the beauty and peace as I drive through the area. I love our abundant sunshine, miles of hiking trails, and having so much of the Southwest within an easy road trip.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent many years in aviation sales, where I learned that lasting client relationships are built on trust, communication, and follow-through. Those principles still guide the way I work today.

I hold the CLHMS, SRES®, PSA, and e-PRO® designations and have received Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society and International Sterling Society awards. I’m proud of those accomplishments, but what matters most to me is earning the trust of the people I represent.
